“Recently bought a watch as a gift for a special occasion. It didn’t charge from day one. When I returned, they did a quick fix, but the staff ignored me in the worst manner when I asked to resize it. Later found the touch wasn’t working either. Very poor product and service—especially for non-branded items.”

“Very satisfied with the service and support received yesterday from Ashique, He was attentive, professional and friendly. The shop atmosphere is good as well, as it's spacious and not noisy with variety of genuine products. I will definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.”

“Recently purchased a product, but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly. When my husband approached for a return, the service experience was very disappointing. In the end, we chose not to go back to the shop again to avoid further unpleasantness, and our money was wasted.”
