The iPhone 17e is generally well-received as a solid, affordable iPhone option, offering a premium feel and strong performance for its price point. While it makes some compromises compared to more expensive models, such as a 60Hz display and a single rear camera, reviewers agree it delivers excellent battery life and a powerful A19 chip.
“The iPhone 17E is a solid choice for someone who wants the basics — a good camera, long battery life and solid performance — without sacrificing a high-end feel.”
“For a $600 phone, you get access to a processor that can handle your tasks, a camera that can capture images with lovely detail and access to MagSafe charging.”
“The shining highlight of the iPhone 17e, though, must be its battery life. It's almost indestructible.”
“The iPhone 17e isn't flashy in the way that the iPhone Air is, but it's not trying to be. It's consistent. It's reliable.”
